The McLaren 12C, McLaren 650S and McLaren P1™ supercars are all engineered to the very highest standards and tested exhaustively in some of the world’s harshest environments. For additional peace of mind McLaren also offers roadside assistance*.
No matter what the problem, you’ll just need to make one phone call to our customer assistance centre and we’ll arrange for on-the-spot assistance to arrive as quickly as possible, either through McLaren’s own network of specialists or an approved partner. If necessary, we’ll recover your car to your nearest McLaren retailer for fast and efficient service.
We can also, provide you with a replacement vehicle (not like for like), organise a taxi to make sure you reach your destination, or provide hotel accomodation for maximum convenience**.

Whatever happens, we’ll make sure you get back on the road in next to no time.

Please note that for McLaren vehicles registered in South Africa, the McLaren Assistance programme will only be applicable in the South Africa region.

Your Authorised McLaren Retailer, may join this call to discuss your situation and the options that are available to you to resume your journey as soon as possible.

You will need to provide the following information when contacting McLaren Assistance:

 Your full name

 The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and Registration Number

 Description of the problem

 The Vehicle location

 Where You are calling from

 The telephone number on which You can be contacted

The McLaren Extended Warranty Assistance scheme will provide the Holder with emergency roadside assistance and associated benefits up to a maximum cost of R2,000. Any additional cost will need to be paid by the Warranty Holder/Vehicle Driver/Owner.

The scheme also provides the following benefits:

If your McLaren vehicle cannot be repaired the same day and the nearest approved repairer is more than 100 miles (160 km) from your home, the following benefits may apply.

 Two nights’ accommodation in a 4 or 5 star hotel on a bed and breakfast basis only.

 Seventy-two hours car hire. Subject to availability, the car will be at least a 3 litre model from a prestige manufacturer.

If your McLaren vehicle is involved in a road traffic accident, do not attempt to make your own arrangements.
